About the interlock sewing machine
Baoyu BML-787EWT / RP-B is a computerized industrial three-needle five-thread interlock machine, with a cylindrical bed and a back feed roller, applicable for sewing knitted fabrics.
The model is equipped with: built-in servo motor, automatic closed sump lubrication system, control unit and automatic functions: presser foot lifting and thread trimming.
Built-in servo drive
Baoyu BML-787 EWT / RP-B is equipped with a built-in energy-saving servo motor manufactured by «Ho Hsing». Base needle-to-needle distance: 5.6 mm.

Puller
The auxiliary roller ensures uniform feeding and prevents the fabric from shifting.
Automatic thread trimming
The automatic cutter mechanism makes it easy to cut the thread chain with one backward push of the start pedal.
Material transport regulator
There is a system of advancement with differential adjustment, thanks to which it is possible to stretch or plant the materials being advanced.
Control block
The functions of the sewing machine are controlled in a hinged control unit.
Thread lubrication
The Baoyu BML-787 EWT / RP-B housing contains a needle thread lubrication system to avoid thread breakage during high speed operation.
Upper lopper
The sewing machine is equipped with a special device - a spreader, for processing knitted fabrics with decorative stitching with a top coverstitch.
